Meria offers the following products and services:
- Cafe Meria: Food and beverage service at our Charlevoix, Michigan location
- Meria Chai: Organic instant chai products available for purchase online
- Meria Skin: Botanical skincare products
- Meria Apparel: Lifestyle apparel and accessories
Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website:
- All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Payment must be received before orders are processed
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Meria products. Our return policy:
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
